Where does the time go?

2025 is racing by. I am sure each year is getting quicker.

I now have a regular craft stall !!!! I am appearing at our monthly village market, in Sheriff Hutton, at which I am selling my mixed media art work, greetings cards, bookmarks and advertising my 'pawtraits'. I was very nervous the first day, but everyone was so welcoming and I had lots of positive comments and quite a few sales. I am trying to learn 'sales patter'; there is a fine line to engaging a potential customer and not scaring them off!

I have launched my farmyard series of printed cards, starting with Oink, Cluck and Moo with plans for Baa, Neigh, Quack, Meow, Woof and Squeak to follow. And village postcards are selling again with the tourist season in full flow.

Commissions are flooding in; I currently have two cats, two dogs and a tree to draw. Watch this space for finished pieces...
